'THE ADAPTOR' Plastic BC to Ceramic ES fitting.  Using a plastic BC fitting with heat and UV globes is dangerous as it can deteriorate or even melt the plastic!  There is a solution if the ready-made vivarium has already been fitted with these fittings.  You can use 'THE ADAPTOR' - a plastic BC fitting that connects into the BC outlet and converts to a ceramic ES fitting that can be safely used with heat and UV globes.
