How To Purchase

Please note:  We will no longer be selling products direct to the public from our warehouse location.  However, animals may still be purchased from here but by appointment only.  Thank you.

To order reptiles, you must contact us by phone, fax or email.  We will then hold an animal for you for up to 14 days with a deposit.  You must then acquire the appropriate permits for purchasing an animal from interstate.  Contact your state National Parks and Wildlife Office to obtain the appropriate paperwork.  You will require our details to fill this in so if you contact us with the animal you would like to purchase, we will give you these details.

On us receiving your appropriate Import Permit or Movement Advice and full payment in the form of a Cheque, Money-Order, Credit Card or Direct Deposit, your animals will then be dispatched the following Tuesday night or Wednesday morning to your selected airport as listed in the 'freight pricing' section.  When the animals have been dispatched from this end, then we will call you with flight details and arrival times.

By placing an order the buyer acknowledges that he/she has read our
terms and conditions of trade and agrees and accepts them as terms of purchase.
 

Freight Pricing

Due to the price increase in freighting live reptiles, we now are charging a minimal fee for freighting reptiles.
The charge is per consignment. Pricing is as follows:

Major capital city airports:
Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Darwin, Alice Springs, Canberra, Perth.
Freight charge $50.00

Regional airports:
This is a list of airports where we can now freight reptiles for your collection.
Freight charge $70.00

Regional SA
Ceduna, Coober Pedy, Mount Gambier, Olympic Dam, Port Lincoln, Whyalla.

Regional WA
Broome, Kalgoorlie.

Regional Vic Updated
