How to order

• While you are browsing through our store you may come across a product that you would like to purchase. Type in the quantity you want to purchase and click on the `Add to Shopping Trolley` button.

• The contents of your trolley can be looked at while you are shopping by clicking on `Check Shopping Trolley Contents`. When you have finished shopping click on `Checkout`, where your freight is to be calculated.

• We have 3 different freight options Australia Post, Australian Air Express and By Road (Please note cage purchases must select road). Choose your freight method and type in your delivery postcode and click on the `Calculate Freight` button. When the freight cost has been calculated, you will be presented with a `Continue` button, click on this to complete your purchase.

• Fill in your order details on our Certified Secure Site. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard. Enter your credit card details, then click `Process Card` to confirm your transaction. (*Your credit card details are not retained in any way on the ISP server.)

• If you prefer you can print out the order form and send it to us either by fax or mail. We also accept payment by money order and certified cheque. Mail your order to:
